Delivery:

- Other countries: the delivery period can extend until 12 working days approximately.

Exchanges and returns:
- We accept the returns in 30 working days, since you receive the product.

How you can buy in ulanka.com?

Buying at Ulanka.com is very easy. You only have to follow these steps:

  1. In the menu, select the category (news, woman, man, brands, and outlet) and the subcategory that you are interested.
  2. Look at the shoes and complements; choose the one that you want. With a click, you come in the index card of the different kinds of products. Here we explain you the composition, availability of the size, different colours of the same model and much more…
  3. You could choose the colour and the size and put it into your basket the product that you have liked. After that, you can buy more things or continue with the purchase which is already done.
  4. If you deal with your delivery, you have to go to your basket (which will be placed in the top of the page, on the right) and finish with your order.
  5. The following step is to fulfil the personal details. You can registered in the web or by “quickly purchase” without the necessity of to be registered.
    In the case that you were not registered before and you were already user of Ulanka.com, you only have to write the email and password.
  6. You should be sure that the personal details are correct.
  7. You must select a kind of payment; with the credit card; Visa or MasterCard or in your Paypal´s account.
  8. Confirm the delivery and pay it.
  9. The last step; go to your email to see the confirmation of your delivery and the following code. For every delivery, you should check your email.

*If any of our products has an IT mistake in the price (wrong price or price equal to 0 euros), we won’t serve the product with the consequent refund of the total amount purchased.
*Ulanka reserves the right to return a specific model requested and its amount in case that we run out of stock or if the product is not in perfect conditions.

Which countries could buy online?

You can buy from every place of the world but we only make deliveries to some countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Wales, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania o Sweden.

The prices of the on lines´ shop and the usual ulanka’s shop are the same?

Yes! Sometimes there are some differences between the web prices and the one which are tag in the items. The correct price will be always in the tags.

The VAT is included in the price?

Yes every price of the web has a 21% VAT.

If you spend so much time making the order; could you lose the delivery?

The product won’t be yours until you don’t complete the order.

The products which are in the basket don’t be reserved. We recommend you, if you are interested in one product and it is in your wish list; don’t spend so much time to finish with the payment. It is possible that in that time the product hasn’t more stock.

I want a product, but there is no stock in my size; what can I do?

If you are interested in a product but they don’t appear in your size, you have two options:

  1. Activate the option; "let me know when the size was available" which appear in the low part of the index card of the product.
  2. You can contact us, we help you to find the stock in your size.
Can you add or rid of the products when you have finished your order?

No. The process is activated and there is managed in the moment that you finish your purchase. After that, if you want to return or exchange something, we dont give you any problems to do it. (Go to > exchange and refunds).

Payment

How you can pay your online purchases?

You have two options:

  • Credit Card: We accept credit and debit Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. The payment is made through the payment gateway Servired, which is 100% safe.
  • PayPal: You can choose this option as a method of payment; you just will have to fill in the information of your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you have the chance to create it before finishing your order.
When the bank take off the money in your bank account?

When the bank allows the payment, we send you an email with the confirmation of the purchase and the money with draws of your account.

Why your credit card could be refused?

Your credit card could be refused because of:

  1. Could be expired. Please, check that the credit card doesnt exceed the date of validity.
  2. Could be that your achieve the limit of your credit card.(Contact with your bank)
  3. Could be that your write bad some details.

Actually, you can buy from any place, but we only make deliveries to the following countries:

Austria, Germany, Belgium, Estonia, France, Netherland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal and United Kingdom.

I want to give a different address that I have in my account. Can I do it?

Sure, if your go in your account/personal area, in the paragraph "My address" you can always add a new address. Furthermore, we have the option to erase the address which is already created.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times is between 3-5 working days approximately.

*In Sales and Promotion period, the delivery period can extend until 10 working days approximately.

If you place an order with multiple items, the shipping company may send them on different dates since the products are often sent from different warehouses.

Where can I track my order?

You can do it using your email account.

We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

It is very important that you write your email address correctly to be able to track your order.

Which shipping company makes the delivery?

Orders to Spain and Portugal are shipped by Correos or Correos Express. International orders are shipped by SEUR.

What happens if my package arrives and I am not at home?

Spain: The shipping company will make 2 delivery attempts at the address you provided. If you are not there after the second attempt, they will leave the order at the closest post office to the address you provided.

If I have my order shipped to the store, how do I get my package?

You can request your order from the store staff, by showing them the purchase confirmation email with the order number.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How you can return your order?

To refund the product, it is essential that you have the invoice number and the code of return.

This information you will find it in the email of confirmation when you make your order. Furthermore, in your private area in the web.

You can refund the product in any Ulankas´ store, there you can change it or we can refund your money back. (Only in Spain)

How much time do you have to make the return of the product?

We accept the returns in 30 working days, since you receive the product.

What requirements do you have to do to return the product?

To make Returns the products have to meet the following requirements:

  1. The product should not be used
  2. If it is an accessory, we would not make any return because of hygienic reasons.
  3. It has to be returned in the same conditions as it was send. In case you do not have the original envelope, you have to substitute it by one with similar measures and capacity
  4. It has to be handed in our headquarters before 15 days.
  5. Shipping have to be paid by the customer.
  6. El coste del envío deberá ir siempre a cuenta del cliente.
  7. The refund would be made in the same payment method.
  8. We do not accept in any case items sent in collect on delivery.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.

If you paid the shipping costs, these costs will not be refunded.

Remember that we will use the same method of payment which you used in the original transaction. You will not incur any expenses related to the refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Can you cancelled your order if you don’t want to get it?

You could cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been sent yet. You only have to get in touch with us by the telephone  +34963491033. If it has already sent, we cannot  do the cancellation, but you could return it, when you received it.

Could ulanka cancel your order?

Yes  they could. Ulanka will cancel your order  as long as the product used up, when it detects any problem with the payment or if we have a problem with the delivery address. The most frequent is that we don’t have your size in the moment of your purchase.

If your order (or a part of it) is cancelled, we make you the refund in the same account that you use in the moment of the purchase.

Remember that the refund always depend from the bank or from PayPal. The process will need some days, depending of the communication between the banks.

Furthermore, if there is a typographical mistake (price, size…), in the web, the order will be cancelled, but we will inform you about the incidence.
